A non-refundable $250 booking fee is required to confirm a date and time for your ceremony and covers lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage form. This can be paid with a cheque/money order made payable to Shobha Cameron, P.O Box 393, Mossman, QLD 4877. Or you can do an EFT bank transfer - please ask for banking details.
The $250 is deducted from the total cost which is due to be settled 1 month prior to your ceremony.
In the event of cancellation within 1 month of your ceremony, a partial refund of the balance will be considered given your circumstances and will be at the celebrants’ discretion.
If the ceremony is delayed more than 30 minutes beyond the agreed upon start time, the celebrant reserves the right to proceed to their next commitment.
Should any of your details change you will notify the celebrant immediately.
Payment of the non refundable $250 booking fee indicates your acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
