Originally from the Gold Coast, I studied horticulture and by pure chance landed at a boutique resort in the Gold Coast hinterland planning weddings - which I discovered I loved!

I've travelled to India numerous times, Hawaii and New Mexico. I'm an animal lover, I have a rescue Kelpie cross who keeps me on my toes and am always up for a bushwalk or road trip.

I made the move to Port Douglas in 2005 and wouldn't live anywhere else, loving the laid back lifestyle, natural environment and close-knit community.

I have been a wedding planner for over 20 years and in 2022 became a marriage celebrant. In 2022 I also became the owner of Port Douglas Weddings after working in the business since 2008 - safe to say it was a big year for me! I'm loving the challenge and independence being a business owner brings and can't wait to officiate at more weddings as a celebrant.
